Founded in 1994, Film France (Film France, The French Film Commission) is a nonprofit organization financially supported by the CNC (National Center for Cinema and the Moving Image). These terms and conditions apply to any person (hereafter: “users”) regardless of their location, who will visit the website http://www.vfx-france.com.

The user’s name, first name and email address are collected from the contact form.

In accordance with the modified French data protection law of January 6, 1978, “computing and liberty”, collected personal information can be transferred and exploited by Film France’s partners.

In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL and with the French law of January 6, 1978 (article 26) regarding computing, files and liberty, users can review and update their personal information in the Film France database. Users can request that their contact details (publically available on their form at http://www.vfx-france.com) be crossed off and not transferred to any third party.
